About Renai
I'm a strategist, creative thinker and someone who has always been interested in the connections between people, culture, community and the world around us.
My work has taken many forms, spanning strategic advisory, leadership, community development, education, social enterprise and governance. Alongside this, I have a strong interest in language, writing, art and the practical ways we can build more connected, sustainable lives.
I'm naturally drawn to exploring ideas, questioning established ways of thinking and finding connections that might otherwise be overlooked. Sometimes that takes the form of strategic advice or editorial work. Other times it's expressed through creative practice, growing food or exploring ways to share resources and strengthen community.
Across these different interests, I bring a relational, systems-informed approach and a belief that meaningful change doesn't happen in isolation. Strong communities, sustainable economies, cultural integrity and collective wellbeing are all part of a much bigger picture.
This website brings together the different expressions of my work and interests. They may appear quite distinct, but to me, they're all connected.

Rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions, I believe in working with what already exists, recognising strengths and responding to people, place and context.
Whether I'm working on strategy, editing a piece of writing, creating art or contributing to a community initiative, I value curiosity, collaboration, cultural integrity and thoughtful practice.
At the heart of it all is a belief that the way we do things matters just as much as what we achieve.
