About Renai
Walking alongside community for systematic change.

Renai Mouton is a culturally grounded strategic advisor working across community, culture, wellbeing and economic systems.
Through relational, cross-cultural and systems-informed approaches, her work supports organisations, initiatives and communities navigating complex social, cultural and economic environments.
Grounded in a First Nations worldview, Renai brings together strategic thinking, leadership and community-centred practice to support sustainable, inclusive and self-determined futures.
At the centre of this work is a belief that strong communities, sustainable economies and collective wellbeing are deeply interconnected. Long-term change cannot come at the cost of culture, relationships or wellbeing, but through approaches that strengthen both people and systems.
With experience across community, business, social enterprise, education and cross-sector environments, Renai works fluidly between institutional, community and cross-cultural contexts while maintaining a deeply relational and human-centred approach.
How I Work
Renai’s approach is relational, strengths-based and systems-informed.
Rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions, the work is shaped by people, place, context and community voice.
The practice supports environments where relationships, participation and cultural integrity are treated as foundational, not secondary to long-term outcomes.
This means working alongside people and organisations to navigate complexity in ways that are thoughtful, collaborative and sustainable.

Evolving Work
Renai’s work continues to evolve across cross-cultural leadership, participation, wellbeing and community-centred systems practice.
Increasingly, the practice is exploring how culturally grounded approaches can contribute to broader conversations around sustainable development, inclusion, self-determination and collective wellbeing across diverse contexts and communities.
While grounded in a First Nations worldview, the work is intentionally collaborative, cross-cultural and globally relevant.
Collaboration
This work is not done in isolation.
Collaboration sits at the centre of the practice, working alongside trusted peers, communities and partners across sectors to support approaches that are:
Community-informed
Culturally grounded
Systems-aware
Designed for sustainable, meaningful outcomes
